Coffee Subscription –
INFO / FAQ

With a coffee subscription from Risteri Tierra Kaffe you will receive freshly roasted coffee (or drink ready coffee) every month and delivered directly to you. Your conveniences lies both in saving money on our coffees, and you won't have to have to think about continuously ordering. We will always send the coffee to you the first weekday of every month.  

 

We offer two types of subscriptions: 

Specific and Explorer.

With the Specific subscription, you will be able to have your preferred coffee delivered every month. Simply choose the specific coffee, among those we offer, as well as roast level and quantity*.

With the Explorer subscription, you will be able to explore a lager selection of coffees and have it delivered every month. Our offering of different coffees is changeable, thus experimenting and experiencing different origins and terroir is easy. You chose the quantity* and roast level, while we handle the surprise of the month. 

​

​*Quantity is managed by adjusting the number of subscriptions while ordering/purchasing. Each subscription grants two 250 gram bags of coffee every month. (E.g. 2 subscription will grant 4 bags, 3 subscriptions will grant 6 bags, and so on.) â€‹

When subscribing you will be charged there and your coffee will be sent the first weekday in the coming month. Later and ongoing payments will happen on the 1st of the month. â€‹

Example: You order a subscription on the 21st of March. You will be charged on that day or the next bank day, and we will send out the coffee for shipping the 1st of April (no charging will happen on the 1st of April). Your next payment will happen at next shipment of your subscription, which in this example would happen on the 1st of May.

How do I create my subscription?

Choose your subscription from our products in the webshop. Select your preferred roast level plus quantity and add your subscription to the basket. You pay for your first order and then the payment will be deducted from your account every month until the subscription is canceled.

 

When will I receive my subscription delivery?

We always send out coffee on the first business day of the month. We send our packages with DAO, where the delivery time is 2-4 days.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account. Under “My subscriptions” you will find a field where you enter your details and cancel your subscription. 

Please note that your subscription must be canceled before the 20th of the month if you do not wish to receive coffee on the 1st of the following month. (approx. 10 days' notice).

There is no period of commitment.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can! 

Simply send us a message in our contact form. Remember to use the same email as the one you subscribed with.

Can I change the type of coffee in my Specific subscription?

Unfortunately not at this time, but you can always cancel your subscription and sign up for a new one right away.

Is it possible to return the coffee beans?

Unfortunately, there is no right of return on roasted coffee beans, but you can always exercise your right of complaint if the quality of the product is not up to standard. See more under our Terms and Conditions.

Is your entire selection of coffee included in the Explorer subscription?

Pretty much. But not the most expensive ones. Individual coffees in the Explorer subscription can be the ones priced up to 140 kr.
